Common questions

How do I get my Uber Eats data file?
In the Uber app: Account → Settings → Privacy → Privacy Center → Download your data. It arrives by email, usually within a day or two. Save the zip to Files, then choose "Use your data file" in Nibbld.

Why are fees marked "est."?
Order history screenshots usually only show the total, so Nibbld estimates the fee share. Data files include real fees.

How do I cancel Pro?
In Nibbld: Settings → Manage subscription. Or on your iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Can I unlock the blocker early?
No secret unlock. You can end a goal early by tapping “I ordered anyway”, which resets your streak, and budget mode lets a few orders through each week. Turning off Screen Time access in iOS Settings also ends it.

How do I delete my data?
Settings → Delete all my data. This removes everything from your phone and our servers.

How do I turn off AI features?
Settings → AI features.
